Who we are
future-web.site is a service from The AI Sales Enablement Group (the data controller). Full legal entity name, registered address and contact details will be confirmed here before launch.
What we collect
When you use our review or contact forms we collect your name, work email, website address, profession, firm name (optional) and any message you write. We also store a one-way hashed version of your IP address to prevent spam and abuse; we cannot read your IP address from it.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To respond to your request — on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in replying.
- To send occasional guidance emails — only if you ticked the optional marketing box (consent). You can withdraw at any time.
- To protect the site from spam — legitimate interests.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months unless you ask us to keep in touch. (Retention period to be confirmed by the business owner.)
Who we share it with
Our hosting and database providers, who process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
