Frequently asked questions

How much does a website upgrade cost?

Every project is a fixed price agreed in writing before work starts. Optional hosting and support are shown separately so you can decide on them independently.

Will you guarantee we appear on Google's first page or in AI answers?

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings or AI recommendations. We build the technical and content foundations that make your site easier to find and understand.

What does GEO-ready mean?

It means your content is real, server-rendered HTML with clear headings, factual service descriptions and structured data — the things AI tools and search engines rely on to interpret a page. It improves readiness, not outcomes.

We already have a website. Will we lose our search listings?

We map your existing URLs and set up permanent (301) redirects to the new pages. That's the standard way to carry links and listings across, though short-term fluctuations can happen with any migration.

Can you write our SRA, FCA or professional body wording?

We provide the structure and placement. Your firm supplies and approves regulated wording, because responsibility for it stays with you. We don't give legal or regulatory advice.

We're a brand-new firm with no site. Can you help?

Yes. Leave the website field blank on the review form and tell us about your plans.

Can we edit the site ourselves?

Yes — we provide simple editing guidance. Self-service content editing is on our roadmap for all sites.

Is outreach or lead generation included?

No. Optional content and monitoring modules are available through SymbioticOS. LinkedIn and email outreach is a separate TSEG AI Lead Generation service and must comply with UK GDPR, PECR and your regulator's rules.
