Process
How a future-web.site website upgrade works
A clear, fixed-scope process with no surprises. Most of the work is ours; your main job is approving content.
Free website review
You send your website address (or tell us you're starting fresh). A person reviews speed, mobile layout, structure, technical SEO and service clarity, then sends you a short written summary.
Agree scope and a fixed price
We agree the pages, features and any optional hosting or support in writing. You see every charge — including any recurring ones — before you commit.
Gather your content
We use a simple onboarding checklist: your current site, domain access, logo, colour palette, service lines, team details and any regulated wording your firm has approved.
Build and review
We build on a private preview link. You review on your own phone and computer; we revise until it's right within the agreed scope.
Migrate and redirect
For existing sites, we list every current URL and map it to its new equivalent with permanent (301) redirects, so links and search listings carry over as smoothly as possible.
Launch and checks
We connect your domain, submit your sitemap, check forms, redirects and page titles, and hand over simple editing guidance.
What we need from you
- Your current website address and domain registrar access (or we can guide you)
- Logo files and any brand colours
- Your service lines and who they're for
- Regulatory wording approved by your firm (e.g. SRA, FCA or professional body statements)
- Permission for any testimonials, client names or case studies
Not sure where to start? Try the website checklist or read the FAQs.
Your next client is searching right now.
Send us your website address. A person reviews it by hand — speed, mobile, structure, technical SEO and how clearly you explain your services — and tells you plainly what we'd change.
